With my love for all things fall and holidays, these are the perfect snack or treat to bring to any occasion this holiday season!
Ingredients
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup nut butter
3 tbsp sugar free syrup or honey
1/4 cup oats
2 tbsp ground flax seed
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
dash cinnamon
shredded coconut to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into bite sized balls and leave in fridge for about 20 minutes. Roll balls in coconut flakes for extra fun!
