The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays! Easy and nutrient dense recipes are my go to. This recipe was easy to throw together and pack in a cooler to the cookout!
Ingredients
Cherry Tomatoes
Mozzarella
Blueberries
Balsamic
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
I highly recommend using a small star cookie cutter to cut the mozzarella, but you can also cut them out! Wash the blueberries and tomatoes and toss them into a bowl. Throw in the mozzarella stars, fresh basil, and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic. Top with salt and pepper. All finished!
