I decided to try to make a healthier alternative to my favorite hard boiled egg recipe. Using different ingredients will help decrease the saturated fat content. How to Hard Boil an Egg in an Instapot
- Place eggs in Instapot for 5 minutes on high pressure
- Release the steam from the pot for 5 minutes
- Place eggs in cold water for 5 minutes
- Peel outer shell off
How to Hard Boil an Egg on the Stove:
- Boil water
- Place eggs in boiling water for 11 minutes
- Place eggs in cold water for 2 minutes
- Peel outer shell off
Egg Filing Recipe:
- Scoop out cooked egg yolks into bowl
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- 1 Tsp Sweet Relish
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to top it off
Directions:
- Mix it all together and dollop into the cooked eggs
