1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
¼ cup Almond Meal
¾ cup Natural Peanut Butter
½ cup Honey
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
Mix all ingredients. Pack into a baking pan and set aside (do not place in fridge yet).
¼ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
1-2 tbsp Honey
Microwave ingredients until melted. Pour onto bars. Place in fridge to harden. I added a little more coconut flakes to top them off.
