    Women of all ages and backgrounds who seek healthcare services and support related to physical, mental, and emotional health. The clinic is for women who: Have busy schedules and don’t have time to make appointments with multiple providers and want to access support on their own time. Want to keep the cost of services low. Seeking specialized care with professionals Want to be part of a community and no longer feel alone Need a safe and private place to comfortably discuss personal topics
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    Of course! There is no commitment required. After the 2-week free trial you decide if the clinic is right for you. If yes, you then set up payments to automatically charge for ease of mind. If you ever wish to cancel your membership you can go in to your account and cancel your membership. Super simple and stress free!
  • Is there an app?
    There sure is! When you sign up you will receive a welcome email that shares all the info you need about the app, how to access calls, and more. You can also set up reminders so that you don’t miss anything if you wish!
  • Do I need access to a gym or equipment at home?
    Not at all! It’s recommended to have a set of dumbbells or bands but no crazy equipment is required. Lacey’s goal for the workouts is to keep them simple enough to do them at home. For those women who enjoy working out in a gym, Lacey does provide workouts for that caliber as well. All fitness and ability levels are welcome and the workouts provides accommodate all levels!
